Catholic 21, Arkansas High 20

LITTLE ROCK — Catholic erased a 14–0 halftime hole and stunned Arkansas High, 21–20, on the final snap Friday night at War Memorial Stadium. Junior quarterback Phillips Blair capped the comeback with a touchdown pass, and senior kicker Linkoln Perez nailed the decisive extra point as time expired.

The Rockets found life in the third quarter when senior linebacker Brock Hatchett jumped a route and sprinted 20 yards for a pick-six to swing momentum. Blair later powered in a 12-yard scoring run and engineered the last drive with poise, while fellow junior QB Hunter Markham kept chains moving on option keepers behind a veteran offensive line. Perez stayed perfect on three PATs, including the game-winner. On defense, Hatchett delivered the highlight of the night, while Pate Capps and Sawyer Bagby were disruptive at the line and in space.

Arkansas High controlled most of the contest, leaning on quarterback Eli Wall, who opened the scoring with a 5-yard keeper. Running back/receiver Tony Noble Jr. powered in another red-zone touchdown, and the Razorbacks extended their lead to 20–7 late in the third quarter with a short QB run. Senior receivers Deandre Burnell and Jayden Riley provided steady targets throughout.
