Stuttgart scores four return touchdowns in win over White Hall

WHITE HALL — Stuttgart scored four touchdowns on defense and special teams and quarterback Cain Price threw three touchdown passes Friday in a 55–13 victory over White Hall at Bulldog Stadium.
The Ricebirds improved to 3–0 after scoring 28 points in the first quarter and taking a 49–6 halftime lead.
White Hall forced a punt on Stuttgart’s opening possession, then drove inside the Ricebirds’ 10. Brennick Riederer kicked a 25-yard field goal for a 3–0 lead.
Price answered with a 17-yard touchdown pass to receiver Keaton Byers. Parker Ellis’ extra point put Stuttgart ahead 7–3 with 5:27 remaining in the opening quarter.
Hudson Caver returned a blocked punt for a touchdown, and linebacker Kiptyn Carey intercepted White Hall’s next offensive snap and returned it for another score. Byers added an interception return touchdown, and Price ran for the two-point conversion to make it 28–3.
Riederer added a 33-yard field goal in the second quarter. Tayquan Hall returned the ensuing kickoff 96 yards for a touchdown, extending Stuttgart’s lead to 35–6.
White Hall defensive back Khylen Walker intercepted a pass with 3:58 remaining before halftime. Stuttgart’s defense subsequently forced a punt, giving Price another possession.
Price threw a 20-yard touchdown pass to Jay Griffin. Stuttgart recovered a fumble on the following kickoff, and Price connected with Ky’marion Wiley for a 15-yard score with 1:02 left in the half.
Hall contributed three receptions for 51 yards, including a 22-yard catch on the drive ending with Wiley’s touchdown.
Neither team scored in the third quarter. Backup quarterback Braxton Kirkdoffer found Andrew Brothers for a first down during Stuttgart’s final touchdown drive, then hit tight end Jayden Mills for a 15-yard score in the fourth.
White Hall receiver Kaleb Meadors closed the scoring with a 78-yard touchdown reception. Riederer’s extra point made the final 55–13.
