WEEK 13 PREDICTIONS  (favored team in ALL CAPS and highlighted)

TOP OF THE BRACKET
Central-2 No. 4 Conway (9-2, 6-1) at West-1 No. 2 BENTONVILLE (11-0, 7-0)

Big nights for Tre Harris (23 carries, 166 yards, 1 TD) and Amari Davis (15 carries, 163 yards, 2 TDs) helped Conway survive Bentonville West despite giving up 2 TDs on kickoff returns. Bentonville pulled away from Springdale 41-16, behind Chris Ficklin’s 217 total yards and Cole Slepecki’s 4 TDs. Bentonville beat Conway 41-17 on Sept. 5, but Conway trekked on, improving throughout the season and earning its way to a semifinal rematch. This game has the makings to be much different than their Week 1 matchup. Conway’s 11-point win over Bentonville West mirrors a 17-point victory Bentonville had over West 3 weeks ago. Both teams are battle-tested and have had comparable results against common opponents. Slepecki and the Tigers have shown all season that they can be balanced offensively, and that will be the difference.

BOTTOM OF THE BRACKET

West-2 No. 3 Rogers (10-1, 6-1) at Central-1 No. 1 BRYANT (11-0,7-0) Bryant shut out a Fayetteville team that had averaged 52.2 points over its 4 previous games. Caleb Tucker caught TD passes from Jeremiah Motes on Bryant’s first 2 possessions. Motes finished with 4 total TDs (3 pass, 1 rush). Rogers advanced to the semifinal with a 35-0 win over Little Rock Christian. Jeff Regan had nearly 400 yards of offense and 4 scores. These teams last played in 2023, with Bryant winning 56-32. Bryant lost the next week to Bentonville, but the Hornets have won 24 in a row since that loss, and their 2025 squad leads Class 7A in scoring defense. Rogers leads Class 7A in scoring offense. This matchup in Saline County could come down to the final play. Both teams are state-title contenders, but Bryant wins it and moves on to its home away from home, War Memorial Stadium.
