FORT SMITH — Fayetteville ended a three‑game slide with a 62–30 win at Northside on Friday, riding a five‑touchdown night from junior quarterback Hank Hendrix and a flurry of explosive plays. Coach Casey Dick’s Bulldogs led 48–17 by halftime and never looked back against Dom Mirocke’s Grizzlies.

Hendrix spread the ball to senior receiver Catavion Taylor for scoring strikes of 75 and 50 yards, hit Charles Whitlow for 48, and added a 12‑yard keeper. He also found Kinyun Johnson on a 14‑yard touchdown. Sophomore running back Terrence Garden powered the ground game with 106 yards and two scores, while sophomore corner CJ Bailey flipped momentum with a 71‑yard interception return. Freshman Ethan Farthing converted eight PATs for the Bulldogs.

Northside countered behind senior back Warren Bijou, who rushed for three touchdowns, including a 38‑yard burst, and Jaylen Chavez, who drilled a 37‑yard field goal and added three PATs (one later blocked).
