Shiloh Christian defeated Lincoln Christian 41–14 Friday night at Dennis Byrd Stadium in Tulsa, ending the Bulldogs’ 44-game winning streak. The Saints improved to 3–0, scored the final 21 points and held Lincoln scoreless throughout the second half.
Cole Creighton completed 14 of 21 passes for 194 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. Both touchdown passes went to Tate Barnard. Charlie Kroell rushed for 103 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries, while Max Eldridge added 43 yards and two touchdowns on nine attempts.
Barnard caught a 16-yard touchdown pass on Shiloh’s opening possession. Kallen Hunnicutt’s 36-yard field goal followed a mishandled Lincoln punt snap, extending the lead to 10–0.
Lincoln quarterback Major Brooks answered with a 33-yard touchdown pass to Max Madrid, who took a screen down the sideline. Hunnicutt’s second field goal gave Shiloh a 13–7 lead after one quarter.
Creighton found Barnard for a 63-yard touchdown with 7:36 remaining in the second quarter. Brooks then connected with Caleb Peterson for a 22-yard touchdown, cutting the deficit to 20–14. Eldridge’s 3-yard touchdown run made it 27–14 before halftime.
Brody Francis sacked Brooks late in the second quarter, pushing Lincoln out of field goal range. Jonah Mabry intercepted a fourth-down pass to end the Bulldogs’ opening possession after halftime.
Later in the third quarter, Silas Nantze’s hit knocked a pass into the air, and Corbin Miller intercepted it and returned it into Lincoln territory. Shiloh converted that takeaway into Eldridge’s 4-yard touchdown run with 11:48 remaining. Landon Sabatini caught the two-point conversion for a 35–14 lead.
Francis also broke up a pass early in the fourth quarter. A Lincoln fumble gave Shiloh another possession at the Bulldogs’ 20. Kroell finished that drive with a 9-yard touchdown run at the 9:23 mark. Lincoln finished the game with a 2–1 record.
