Glen Rose has won two straight in this series, 38-0 last season and a 27-26 playoff victory in 2016.
Glen Rose led 20-19 last week at Class 4A Bauxite, but surrendered an 80-yard fourth-quarter TD pass, which was the eventual game-winner. The Beavers are 0-2 for the first time since 2014. Junior QB Wesley Launius completes better than 60 percent of his passes and eight Beavers have receptions this season. Senior all-league performer Matthew Clark delivers big plays at receiver and in the secondary. Glen Rose seeks better production on the ground this week after averaging 2.5 yards per carry two weeks ago against Class 4A Malvern. Fouke is 2-0 for the sixth time in seven years following last week's 38-33 win at Class 2A Mineral Springs. The Panthers play under their third coach in three years, Jerry Littleton, and have made the playoffs the past six seasons, the longest run in school history. Senior QB Hunter Lansdell threw for 284 yards and two TDs last week at Mineral Springs and classmate Brayden Larry ran for 201 yards and a score. Senior Seth Phillips collected nine passes for 130 yards last week with a TD. Chance Crabtree, Tyler Lawrence and Jordan Dell each logged 10 tackles a week ago. Senior all-conference linebacker Nick Scoggins logged seven stops and ran for two scores.

Charleston at OZARK (16): Charleston slipped Class 4A Ozark 20-19 in 2018. Charleston managed just 65 yards in a 44-0 Week 1 loss at Class 4A Dardanelle and it was the second time the Tigers were shut out in their last three outings. Seniors Devin Donberger and Shane Turner spark the Charleston defense with nine tackles apiece. Ozark QB Harper Faulkenberry has accounted for five TDs this year.
GENTRY (1) at Greenland: Greenland ripped Class 4A Gentry 28-17 last fall. Greenland beat Class 2A Mountainburg 47-14 last Friday following a 42-yard TD from senior QB Gabe Wilson on fourth down. Wilson completed 18 of 22 passes for 238 yards and three TDs, while junior running back Jett Dennis bolted for 143 yards and two scores. Senior Carter Gobel collected eight passes for 130 yards and two TDs. Gentry senior QB Brandon Atwood has accounted for seven TDs this year.
GREEN FOREST (10) at West Fork: Class 4A Green Forest slipped West Fork 31-30 last season and West Fork has won six of the last 10 meetings. Opponents outscore West Fork 89-6 through two games following Class 4A Elkins' 48-6 win a week ago. Commerce, Oklahoma scored in the fourth quarter to beat Green Forest last week. Green Forest managed just 94 yards against Commerce.
LAMAR (35) at J.C. Westside: Lamar gashed Class 2A J.C. Westside 42-8 last fall. Lamar defeated Class 4A Subiaco Academy 41-6 last week, allowing only three first downs and dominating the time of possession 35:30-11:30. Lamar ran for 412 yards (7.2 YPC) and five TDs.
Booneville, Paris, Mansfield and Cedarville are open.

CAC at CLINTON (4): Clinton ripped Class 4A CAC 48-28 in 2018. Clinton was ultra sharp in last week's 48-6 conquest at Class 2A power Conway Christian. The Yellow Jackets fashioned a 48-0 halftime lead behind three TD passes from senior, two-time all-state QB Weston Amos and 116 rushing yards from Jacob Hutto. Watch highlights HERE.
Midland at CEDAR RIDGE (3): Cedar Ridge won this game 19-13 last fall and is 5-0 against Class 2A Midland. Cedar Ridge trailed Harrisburg 42-0 in the fourth quarter of last week's 49-8 defeat. Opponents have outscored Cedar Ridge 106-8 in 2019. Opponents outscore Midland 91-6 this season.
Harding Academy at HEBER SPRINGS (2): Teams have split the past 10 meetings and Harding Academy won last year 29-27. Harding has toppled Class 4A schools Bald Knob and Highland so far by a combined 102-40. Junior QB Caden Sipe (18 of 23 passing for 261 yards and five TDs last week) connected seven times with Connor McGaha (105 yards and a score) and five times with Stone Sheffield (106 yards and two TDs) in last week's 47-20 victory against Highland.
HARRISBURG (7) at Mountain View: Harrisburg stormed to a 42-0 lead in last week's 49-8 victory over Cedar Ridge. Exciting Harrisburg sophomore QB Drew Wright connected with Ross Heeb for three TD passes. Wright completed five of eight passes for 84 yards. Mountain View trailed Class 2A Salem 30-14 last week at halftime of a 52-14 loss. The Yellowjackets amassed 210 yards against Salem and Jair Jackson and Tim Curran scored TDs. Curran has impressed coaches since Mountain View switched to the Spread.
Quitman JV at MARSHALL (1): Class 2A Quitman's junior varsity will dress 15 players for this game. Marshall's 24 points last week were the most its scored since Week 5 last season.
BERRYVILLE (15) at Yellville-Summit: Class 5A Berryville moved the ball well last week against Huntsville last week. Yellville has scored three TDs this fall.
Melbourne and Rose Bud are open.

Corning at E. POINSETT COUNTY (2): Class 2A East Poinsett County downed Corning 26-20 a year ago. Corning trailed Class 2A Rector 21-0 last week at halftime, seven days after defeating Rector 30-8 to snap a 42-game losing streak. It was the third time Corning was shut out in its last six outings. Five EPC starters missed all or most of last week's 42-0 loss to Class 3A Walnut Ridge.

MANILA (17) at Marvell: Manila was impressive in last week's 44-22 victory over Class 2A Marked Tree. The 44 points were the most Manila has scored since last season's 62-28 victory over Class 2A Marvell, which last week snapped a 19-game losing streak in a 20-8 victory over Palestine-Wheatley.
NEWPORT (10) at Lonoke: Newport thrashed Class 4A Lonoke 35-14 in 2018. Newport sophomore QB Eli Alcorn completed 19 of 22 passes for 256 yards in last week's 43-14 victory over Class 5A Greene County Tech. Junior running back Tharon Davis ran five times for 160 yards and caught three passes for 87 yards and Chris Reynolds caught two passes for 106 yards. Lonoke sophomore QB Spencer Pepper accounted for 323 of Lonoke's 331 yards in last week's 45-44 overtime loss to Beebe. Watch highlights of Lonoke's Week 0 loss to Class 2A Carlisle HERE. PIGGOTT (5) at Rector: Piggott has won four straight against its Clay County rival by a combined 201 points. Piggott has not scored during an 0-2 start, including a 35-0 loss last week to Class 4A Brookland. Class 2A Rector is 1-1 this season against Piggott's 3-3A rival Corning, including a 27-0 road victory last week. Rector senior running back Max Ford scored two TDs.
Salem at WALNUT RIDGE (6): Walnut Ridge slipped Class 2A Salem 27-20 a year ago. Walnut Ridge has outscored its opponents 84-6 this year. Walnut Ridge running back Cole Manning has rushed for 401 yards and seven TDs in two games. Salem offers a diverse offensive attack with junior QB Gavin Guiltner, running back Peyton Barber and receivers Brayden Mohlke and Kevin King.
Hoxie and Osceola are open.

DANVILLE (3) at Waldron: Opponents have outscored Class 4A Waldron 28-6 in the fourth quarter of two four-point losses the past two weeks. Solomon Gilkey and Josh Street anchor Danville's offense, while sophomores Julian Becerra and Gabe Stanley pace the Little Johns in tackles.
CARLISLE (2) at Baptist Prep: Baptist Prep lost at No. 27 Bismarck Week 1 but looked much improved in last week's 40-38 loss to Class 4A CAC. CAC stopped Baptist Prep's Drake Avery (6-4, 260) on a potential game-tying two-point conversion with 4:14 remaining. Watch highlights and post-game reaction HERE. Baptist senior QB David Park accounted for five TDs and junior running back Hayden Brent ran for 99 yards against CAC. Baptist senior Isaac Sanders returned an interception for a TD on the game's first play, but the Eagles also played without senior standout running back Hunter Teaster (the team's leading rushing last year). Baptist and Carlisle tied 12-12 last year because game officials were not aware of a recent (2015) overtime rule for non-conference games. Carlisle fell last week to Class 4A DeWitt 34-14, which is about the same margin DeWitt won the past two meetings in that series. Carlisle managed just 168 total yards in the loss, while DeWitt senior QB Seth Courtney completed 15 of 23 passes (65 percent) to five different receivers for 206 yards and three TDs with one interception. Dierks at JESSIEVILLE (19): Jessieville led Class 2A Mount Ida 47-7 in last week's 47-13 win. Jessieville led 27-0 after one quarter following Matthew Huff's 40-yard TD run. Jessieville sophomore QB Carson Hair completes 76 percent of his passes for 421 yards and seven TDs with just one interception this year. Sophomore Matthew Huff paces Jessieville with 185 rushing yards and four scores.
Parkers Chapel at MAYFLOWER (6): Mayflower rolled Class 2A Parkers Chapel 52-8 a year ago. Mayflower rolled up 446 yards in last week's 62-24 victory over Class 2A England. Senior QB Jason Uptain completed 10 of 15 passes for 130 yards and two scores against England, while Draylin Smith ran for 143 yards and a TD. Mountain Pine at CENTERPOINT (14): Centerpoint downed Class 2A Mountain Pine 48-18 in 2018. Centerpoint outscores its opponents 65-34 in its 2-0 start. Centerpoint QB Josh Lawson completed 12 of 18 passes two weeks ago for 297 yards and four TDs in a 48-20 win over Class 2A Murfreesboro. Running back Landon Way ran for 96 yards and three scores. Receiver Houston Way snagged two passes for 98 yards and a scores and C.J. Fox collected five passes for 96 yards and two TDs.
GENOA CENTRAL (6) at Spring Hill: Class 2A Spring Hill downed Genoa 16-6 a season ago. Genoa Central whipped Class 2A Lafayette County 36-0, rushing for 324 yards and five TDs. Senior Dalton Savell (122 yards) and sophomore Ryan Braden (106 yards with a TD) sparked the ground attack.
FOREMAN (24) at Horatio: Class 2A Foreman whipped Horatio 34-0 a season ago. Opponents have outscored Horatio 94-24 this season. Foreman last week ran for 437 yards (8.2 YPC) and four scores in a 30-14 victory at Parkers Chapel. Four Gators ran for 76 yards or more. Watch highlights of Foreman's win at Parkers Chapel HERE.
PRESCOTT (21) at Hope: Opponents have outscored Class 5A Hope 117-14 this year. Prescott is 0-2, but its losses are by a combined three points and each game went to overtime. Junior Jacobi Nolen completes 64 percent of his passes for 319 yards and three TDs this year and Derriun Thompson has run for 175 yards (10.3 YPC) with a TD. BARTON (15) at Marianna: Barton mauled Class 2A Marianna 36-20 a year ago. Barton seeks improved ball security after committing five turnovers, including two scoop and scores, in last week's 24-22 defeat by Class 2A Earle. Senior fullback Kavein Davis ran 155 yards and two TDs against Earle.
Dollarway at WARREN (27): Class 4A power Warren downed Dollarway 43-0 in 2018 and the Lumberjacks have won 11 of the past 16 meetings. Dollarway seniors Terrance Brown and Trevor Simmons intercepted passes in last week's 42-14 loss to Class 5A Forrest City. Bo Hembree last week won his 200th game at Warren last week, becoming the second-fastest coach to that total in state history. D'Arbonne Charter, LA. at DREW CENTRAL (6): Drew Central rolled up more than 500 yards (486 rushing) in last week's 38-28 victory over Joe T. Robinson's junior varsity team. Senior playmaker Davion Mayo bolted for 315 yards and four scores.
Lake Village at DUMAS (5): Class 4A Dumas lashed Lake Village 57-28 last season and has won nine of the past 12 meetings. Senior James Nowden paces Lake Village in rushing (215 yards and two TDs) and tackles (25). Dumas senior QB Chris Harris has run for 158 yards this year. McGehee at CROSSETT (1): Class 4A Crossett has won 10 of the past 14 in this series, but McGehee won 8-6 last year. McGehee held Class 4A Dumas to less than 200 yards in last week's 28-6 victory. Senior McGehee running back Caleb Woodson scored three TDs against Dumas. Class 4A Crossett pushed improved Class 5A White Hall last week before losing 28-24. White Hall beat Dumas 36-20 Week 1. Crossett senior QB Justin Stokes has thrown seven TDs this year.
Strong at RISON (35): Rison rushed for just 133 yards in a 14-8 Week 1 defeat to Class 2A No. 2 Fordyce. The Wildcats limited Fordyce's explosive offense to 181 yards and two TDs.
