No. 18 Glen Rose (3-3, 3-0) at NO. 19 PERRYVILLE (5-1, 3-0): Friday's matchup most likely will decide the 4-3A conference championship. Glen Rose beat Jessieville 42-22 last week, its third consecutive conference win after an 0-3 nonconference start. Perryville enters the matchup after a 42-10 win over Paris last week. QB Connor Frith (17-26 passing, 228 yards, 5 TDs; 13 carries, 73 yards), WR Grant Griffith (5 catches, 83 yards, 2 TDs) and RB Jacob Saugey (8 carries, 41 yards, 1 TD)  led the Mustangs. Wyatt Drennan (10 tackles, 1 sack) anchored the defense.

West Fork (1-5, 1-2) at NO. 2 BOONEVILLE (6-0, 3-0): West Fork beat Cedarville 49-27 for its first win of the fall. It was the Tigers' third consecutive win over the Pirates and moves them ahead of Cedarville in the conference standings. Booneville remains unbeaten after a 64-14 win over Greenland. RBs Rhett Nietert (7 rushes, 141 yards, 3 TDs) and Dylan Todd (8 rushes, 92 yards, 1 TD) led the offense. 

NO. 7 CHARLESTON (3-3, 2-1) at Lavaca (3-3, 2-1): Charleston beat Hackett 42-22 last Friday with QB Carter Little (19-39 passing, 274 yards, 2 TDs) and RB Garred Smithson (20 carries, 153 yards, 3 TDs) led the offense. Lavaca lost to Mansfield 52-6 on Friday, its fewest points since week 1. 

NO. 6 MANSFIELD (4-2, 3-0) at Cedarville (1-5, 0-3): Mansfield beat Lavaca 52-6 last week behind QB Jeremy Strozier (12-95 rushing, 1 TD; 3-4 passing, 39 yards, 2 TDs) and RB Treyshawn Powell (5-89 rushing, 2 TDs). Mansfield, which has won 3 in a row, snapped Lavaca’s 3-game win streak. Cedarville, seeking its first conference win, lost to West Fork 49-27 on Friday night.

Greenland (3-3, 1-2) at HACKETT (2-4, 0-3): Greenland fell to Booneville 64-14 last Friday. QB Slade Norwood (11-33 passing, 102 yards, 2 TDs) and WR Brandon Vaughan (5-39 receiving, 2 TDs) provided the points. Hackett fell to Charleston 42-22 last week. QB Brycen Hamilton (9-15 passing, 114 yards; 19-174 rushing, 3 TDs) and Matthew Garner (5-104 receiving) led the offense. Greenland has won 3 of the past 5 meetings.

Yellville-Summit (2-4, 0-3) at NO. 15 SALEM (3-3, 2-1): Yellville-Summit fell to Mountain View 20-14 on Friday, its third loss in a row. Salem fell 40-36 to Atkins. The Greyhounds had beaten Atkins by a combined score of 106-14 the past 2 seasons before Friday’s loss. Salem has won 7 in a row over Yellville-Summit.

NO. 13 MAYFLOWER (6-0, 3-0) at Quitman (3-3, 2-1): Mayflower remained undefeated with a 13-10 win over Melbourne. QB Tre Cockerham (12-20 passing, 160 yards, 1 TD), RB Devon Davis (21-92 rushing, 1 TD) and WR Kam Willis (7-148 receiving, 1 TD) led on offense. Shawn Knuckles (15 tackles) and Travis Phelps (8 tackles) anchored the defense. Quitman beat Episcopal 56-21 with QB Jordon Moore-Payne (22-34 passing, 315 yards, 3 TDs; 2 rushing TDs) leading the offense and Braden Riley (9 tackles, 2 sacks) sparking the defense. 


NO. 14 ATKINS (5-1, 3-0) at No. 17 Melbourne (4-2, 1-2): Atkins beat Salem 40-36 last week and put the Red Devils in position to win the conference in Week 10 when they face Mayflower. QB Cole Crawford (9-11 passing, 163 yards, 3 TDs), Mason Martin (3-59 receiving, 1 TD; 7 -79 rushing) and Jaden Martin (17-132 rushing, 3 TDs) led the offense. Dayton Rawlings led the defense with 12 tackles. Melbourne enters off a 3-point loss to Mayflower. The Bearkatz held the Eagles to a season-low 13 points, led by Fernando Ventura (13 tackles) and Brycen Young (12 tackles).

Episcopal (0-6, 0-3) at MOUNTAIN VIEW (3-3, 1-2): Episcopal seeks its first win but did put up 21 points last week. Mountain View got its first conference win, beating Yellville-Summit 20-14. QB Hayden Long (9-15 passing, 120 yards, 1 TD) and WR Cole Gray (2-44 receiving, 1 TD) led the offense. Kyle Corners hit 2 field goals for Mountain View. Drew Isbell (16 tackles, 3 sacks, 1 forced fumble) was the defensive anchor.

No. 11 Walnut Ridge (5-1, 2-1) at NO. 4 RIVERCREST (6-0, 3-0): Walnut Ridge shutout Piggott 43-0 last week with RBs Enrique Perez (5-104 rushing, 2 TDs), Jaxton Brady (7-91 rushing, 1 TD) and Jayden Saulsbury (6-85 rushing, 1 TD) leading. Rivercrest beat Hoxie 52-7 to stay unbeaten. QB Cavonta Washington (12-17 passing, 253 yards, 5 TDs) and WR Jayden Young (3-111 receiving, 2 TDs) led on offense.

NO. 10 NEWPORT (4-2, 1-2) at Manila (1-5, 1-2): Newport fell 41-27 against Osceola last week for its 2nd straight loss. QB Luke Reynolds (19-37 passing, 303 yards, 4 TDs) and WRs Demetric Denton (4-114 receiving, 1 TD) and Nemo Crite (7-72 receiving) led the offense. Jack Sampson (15 tackles) led the defense. Manila beat Harrisburg 35-21 to earn both its first win and first conference win of the season. The Lions have won 2 in a row against the Hornets. 

Piggott (0-6, 0-3) at HOXIE (2-4, 1-2): Piggott, which has lost 26 consecutive games dating back to November of 2021, fell 43-0 to Walnut Ridge last Friday. Hoxie fell to Rivercrest 52-7 last week. Prechton Wilkerson (18-70 rushing) and Robert Martinez (5-74 rushing, 1 TD) led the Mustangs' offense.

NO. 9 OSCEOLA (4-1, 3-0) at Harrisburg (1-5, 1-2): Osceola bested Newport 41-27 last week, putting the Seminoles in position to play for a conference championship. QB Tyler Bell (7-12 passing, 68 yards; 8-30 rushing, 2 TDs), RB Jerimiah Jacobs (26-226 rushing, 2 TDs) and RB MJ Washington (6-64 rushing, 1 TD) led the offense. Harrisburg, 1-22 dating back to 2022, fell to Manila 35-21 last Friday.

Paris (3-3, 2-1) at JESSIEVILLE (4-2, 2-1): Paris fell to Perryville 42-10 last week, the Eagles' lowest-scoring conference game and 2nd lowest-scoring game of the year. Jessieville fell to Glen Rose 42-22 last week, ending a 4-game winning streak. 

MAGNET COVE (3-3, 1-2) at Danville (2-4, 1-2): Magnet Cove beat Two Rivers 49-13 last Friday, its fifth consecutive win over the Gators. Danville beat Cutter Morning Star 34-20 for its first conference win. QB Cash Wilson (5-10 passing, 42 yards, 1 TD; 12-85 rushing, 1 TD) and RB Dylan Carpenter (9-110 rushing, 2 TDs) led the offense. Colton Cross (6 tackles, 2 sacks, 3 QB hurries) and Carpenter (6 tackles, 2 sacks) anchored the defense. 

CUTTER MORNING STAR (0-6, 0-3) at Two Rivers (0-6, 0-3): One of these teams will emerge with its first win. Cutter Morning Star fell to Danville 34-20 last week, with QB Peyton Mills (14-25 passing, 253 yards, 3 TDs) and WR Brody Speers (4-152 receiving, 2 TDs) providing the offense. Two Rivers, losers of 22 consecutive games dating back to September 2022, fell to Magnet Cove 49-13.

Parkers Chapel (1-5, 0-3) at NO. 1 PRESCOTT (6-0, 3-0): Parkers Chapel has been outscored 197-30 in its past 4 games, including 38-7 to Horatio last Friday. Prescott rolled to a 65-22 win over Harmony Grove Ouachita County last week behind QB Decari Prater (2 passing TDs), Michael Brownlee (1 receiving TD, 1 INT return TD), Dwayne White (1 rushing TD, 1 receiving TD) and Tiquan Box (2 rushing TDs) led the Curley Wolves, who totaled 424 yards of offense.

NO. 5 BISMARCK (6-0, 3-0) at Harmony Grove OC (3-3, 2-1): Bismarck beat Fouke 55-14 last Friday behind the dynamic Keithley brothers – QB Ben Keithley (1 rushing TD, 2 passing TDs) and RB Caedmon Keithley (3 rushing TDs). Harmony Grove Ouachita County (280 total yards) fell to Prescott 65-22 last week.

NO. 16 CENTERPOINT (6-0, 3-0) at Fouke (3-3, 0-3): Centerpoint beat Smackover 38-28 to remain undefeated. WR Dustin Cox (2-107 receiving, 1 TD; 5-48 rushing, 2 TDs) led the offense. Tate Spray led the defense with 7 tackles and 2 sacks. Fouke fell to Bismarck 55-14 last week. The Panthers have lost 3 in a row after a 3-0 nonconference start.

Horatio (2-4, 1-2) at SMACKOVER (2-4, 0-3): Horatio scored a season-high in points when beating Parkers Chapel 38-7 for its first conference win. Smackover fell to Centerpoint 38-28 last Friday. The Buckaroos have lost 4 in a row after a 2-9 start.

MCGEHEE (3-3, 2-1) at Barton (3-3, 1-2): McGehee fell to Rison 33-20 for the third time in the past 4 meetings. Barton posted its second-lowest scoring output in a 28-7 loss to Dumas.

Lake Village (1-5, 0-3) at NO. 3 FORDYCE (6-0, 3-0): Lake Village lost 47-8 to Drew Central, its fourth loss in 5 matchups against the Pirates. Fordyce beat Palestine-Wheatley 42-13 to stay undefeated. Leading the Redbugs were Micah Gamble (200 yards rushing) and Jamartez Stroud (2 TDs).

DUMAS (2-4, 2-1) at Palestine-Wheatley (2-3, 0-3): Dumas tied its season-high points total in a 28-7 win over Barton. QB Marcus Kilgore Jr. (6-9 passing, 99 yards, 2 TDs; 10-62 rushing, 1 TD) and RB Rashad Moore (11-88 rushing, 1 TD) led the offense. Palestine-Wheatley fell to Fordyce 42-13 on Friday, but the Patriots put up 241 yards and were within 14-7 at the half.

Drew Central (1-5, 1-2) at NO. 8 RISON (6-0, 3-0): Drew Central posted its first win and highest score of the season, beating Lake Village 47-8. Rison beat McGehee 33-20 to put itself in position to compete for a conference championship. The offensive effort was led by QB Kyson Walker (4-5 passing, 105 yards), Christian Reeves (110 yards rushing, 2 TDs) and Keyshaun Haywood (115 yards rushing).
