GLEN ROSE beat Junction City 50-12 on Friday night to advance to this week’ss semifinal round. Heath Ballance scored 3 times, including a 47-yard touchdown reception. Logan Reed intercepted a pass, leading to a Glen Rose TD. The defense contributed 2 goal-line stands.
BOONEVILLE beat Harmony Grove Ouachita County 44-16 to advance. Dax Goff (17-209 rushing, 3 TDs) and Rylen Ray (25-128 rushing, 3 TDs) accounted for all of the Bearcats’ TDs. The defense intercepted 3 passes, giving it 5 in the postseason and increased its sacks total to 21.
