Bryant rides a 41-game win streak against in-state opponents and seeks its fourth straight state title. The Hornets beat FS Northside and North LR twice this season, including playoff victories the past two Fridays by a combined score of 70-23. Bryant's only loss came in early September at Longview, Texas (24-21). Bryant scores 44 points per game behind a veteran offensive line. All-state tackle Brandon Jones leads a Hornet D allowing 12.9 points.

Fayetteville makes its first finals appearance since winning back-to-back championships in 2015 and 2106 (when Bryant made its first semifinals appearance). Fayetteville senior QB Bladen Fike (6-4, 200) has passed for 3,159 this fall, completing 64 percent of his passes for 38 TDs and eight interceptions. Speedy senior receiver and Razorback commit Isaiah Sategna has 84 catches for 1,595 yards and 15 scores. Fayetteville has passed for 67 percent of its 5,000 yards this season. No Bulldog has rushed for more than 550 yards this season.

Bryant should enjoy success running the ball but likely will be productive passing it against Fayetteville. Fayetteville will struggle to run against Bryant, but its talent and speed, especially at wide receiver, will help the Bulldogs score some points.
