HOOTENS.COM GAME OF THE WEEK
No. 9 Pulaski Robinson at No. 7 Ashdown
It's homecoming at Ashdown and the Panthers (3-0) host undefeated Pulaski Robinson. Ashdown hasn't allowed a point this season and its first-team defense didn't give up a first down in wins over Little Rock McClellan (55-0) and Marvell (37-0). Ashdown junior Daven Burns (6-2, 180) paces the Panther running attack. Burns focused on basketball last year but "he's a load to bring down," said first-year Ashdown coach William Frazier. Junior receiver Roy Jetton hasn't touched the ball much in blowout victories but "he's a stud," the coach said. The first-team offense scored three touchdowns on five snaps against Marvell.
Pulaski Robinson rallied from a 14-0 deficit to down Lake Village 49-14 a week ago. Junior running back Trederick Dunn scored two TDs against Lake Village. Senator senior running back Jaalen Watkins has scored a TD in every game this year. "They aren't flashy," Frazier said. "You know they are going to run the ball right at you and make you stop them."

WEEK 4 PREDICTIONS (favored team in ALL CAPS followed by point spread)
1-4A
SHILOH CHRISTIAN (35) at Berryville: Shiloh Christian's 65-0 win two years ago spurred Berryville's move to force a private school-only playoff. Saint QB Kiehl Frazier tallied 458 total yards in last week's convincing 21-point win over Class 5A No. 1 Greenwood.
GRAVETTE (17) at Pea Ridge: Unbeaten Gravette has allowed just six points this season. The Lions get an offensive spark from junior running back Darrick Strzelecki (125 yards per game) and senior QB Colton Davis (343 yards and five TDs). Three Blackhawk players were suspended from the team hours before last week's 14-0 win over Greenland.
PRAIRIE GROVE (1) at Ozark: Ozark lost its Franklin County Feud with Charleston by 15 points a week ago, while Prairie Grove beat physical Class 3A West Fork 14-6.
FARMINGTON (6) at Gentry: Farmington sophomore Spencer Boudrey (seven catches, 243 yards and four TDs) continues to develop as one of the state's top playmakers. Gentry linebacker Ethan Ramsey has racked up 18 tackles and two interceptions this fall.
2-4A
Heber Springs at LONOKE (6): Lonoke's three wins are by a combined 22 points. The Jackrabbit passing game clicks with senior Logan DeWhitt (three TD passes last week). The Panthers need junior running back Markeyvus Mays (720 total yards) to make plays on the perimeter.
Marianna at CLINTON (2): Clinton won at Marianna by 21 points a year ago. The unbeaten Yellow Jackets outscored opponents by 27 points per game. But athletic Marianna can break a TD run on any play.

Southside Batesville at STUTTGART (35): Stuttgart trailed Malvern 22-0 early in the second quarter last week but played better late in the game. The Ricebirds have outscored Southside Batesville 211-12 over the past four years.
3-4A

Mena at DOVER (1): A battle of unbeatens. Dover senior QB Colton Williams has tallied almost 500 yards of offense this fall. Mena has given up just 14 points this year. The Bearcats scored the game-winning TD with 12 seconds left at Mansfield last week.
POTTSVILLE (10) at Waldron: This is the first meeting between these teams. Waldron's 35-6 win over Cedarville last week was its first since beating Ashdown Week 4, 2008.
Subiaco Academy at BOONEVILLE (21): Booneville has given up just 28 points this year. Bearcat senior receiver Jason McKnight caught a 25-yard TD and returned a punt 60 yards for a score in last week's 40-0 win at DeQueen.
7-4A
Bauxite at MALVERN (25): Malvern first-year QB Austin Worford threw three TD passes in a 22-point win at Stuttgart a week ago. Bauxite surrenders 36 points per game.
DeQueen at NASHVILLE (31): DeQueen hasn't beaten rival Nashville since 1998. Nashville senior running back Devencio Hawthorne ran for three TDs and senior Alfonso Puente kicked the game-winning field goal in a 38-35 win over CAC.
PULASKI ACADEMY (21) at Pulaski Oak Grove: These teams haven't played since Pulaski Academy beat the Hornets 41-17 in Week 6, 2001. Bruin junior QB Fredi Knighten passed for 409 yards in last week's 17-point win over Lake Hamilton.
Pulaski Robinson at ASHDOWN (2): Hootens.com Game of the Week.

DUMAS (17) at Lake Village: Dumas had an extra-point attempt blocked and threw an interception on a two-point conversion try in last week's one-point loss at Class 5A Monticello. Dumas all-purpose performer Trey Winchester also returned a punt for a TD.
McGehee at STAR CITY (2): Star City has won three straight over McGehee by a combined 95-32. Star City led Class 3A Camden Harmony Grove 13-7 at halftime but lost 21-13 a week ago. The Bulldogs must slow McGehee senior running back T'Cambry Green.
